A Life Story

She goes home crying,
An ocean full of tears,
No one knows she’s dying,
From the worst of her fears.

She was only the age of thirteen,
When the cancer had won her,
The most depression was seen,
Since the same thing happened to her father.

Her mother dies of heartache,
For losing someone she loved,
While people who made fun of her,
Continued to push and shove.

But the next time you make fun of someone,
Think of what you’ve done,
If you don’t know their life story,
Then the words you need to say are none.
